Welcome to L I AM The Brand. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review these terms carefully before proceeding.1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms outlined in your proposal or service agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.2. Services Provided
L I AM The Brand provides brand strategy, creative direction, and professional services, including but not limited to visual identity and brand design, logos and brand assets, flyers and promotional materials, brochures, menus, digital graphics, and social media content.We also offer executive resume and professional services, including ATS-optimized resumes, executive and leadership resumes, cover letters, professional summaries, and LinkedIn profile optimization.Service details, pricing, timelines, and revision allowances are outlined on our website, proposals, or service agreements.3. Payment & Fees
All projects require full payment prior to the start of services. Payments are processed exclusively through a secure Stripe payment link.The Stripe payment link will be issued after booking is completed and an initial consultation has been conducted to confirm project scope, services, and expectations. No work will begin until payment is received.ACH payments are available for projects totaling over $500, subject to availability.4. Refund Policy
Refund requests must be submitted within one business day of the project booking date after receipt of the invoice. Refund requests submitted after this timeframe will not be honored.All refund and cancellation terms are governed by the signed digital service agreement provided at booking.5. Revision Policy
Each service includes a defined number of revisions as outlined in your proposal or service agreement. Additional revisions beyond those included may be requested for an additional fee. Revision limits and fees are specified per service.6. Project Timeline
Initial samples or deliverables are typically provided within 1 to 10 business days, depending on project complexity and selected services. Expedited timelines may be available for an additional fee and must be agreed upon prior to project start.7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to complete the project. Clients must confirm they have the legal rights to use any materials, content, or proprietary information supplied.Approval is required at designated stages before finalization.8. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of final deliverables created specifically for their project. L I AM The Brand retains ownership of internal processes, methodologies, frameworks, templates, and any pre-existing or reusable design elements not unique to the final deliverables.9. Termination
This agreement is considered complete upon client acceptance of final deliverables. Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Clients are responsible for all work completed and costs incurred up to the termination date.10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided for presentation and positioning purposes only. L I AM The Brand does not guarantee business growth, revenue increases, brand recognition, employment, compensation, or specific outcomes as a result of services rendered.11. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall L I AM The Brand be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profit, business opportunities, or anticipated results.12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.13. Legal Fees
In the event of a dispute requiring legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and associated costs.14. Legal & Binding Agreement
This agreement is legally binding upon acceptance and enforceable in applicable jurisdictions where both parties conduct business.15. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which L I AM The Brand operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.16. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with any signed proposals or service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between the parties. Any modifications must be made in writing and agreed upon by both parties.Contact Us
