  • Payment & Project Process

    All payments for services provided by L I AM The Brand are completed directly on the Services page after booking. Clients are required to select their service and submit full payment to officially secure their project. Projects will not enter the active workflow until payment has been successfully processed.

    Once payment is confirmed, clients will receive a confirmation email outlining next steps, timelines, and any additional information required to begin.

    Project Onboarding & Timeline

    Once payment is received, the project officially begins. A consultation is used to finalize scope, objectives, and deliverables. Initial samples or deliverables are typically provided within 1 to 10 business days, depending on the selected service and project complexity.

    Service Agreement & Disclosures

    All clients are required to review and accept a digital service agreement as part of the online booking process. This agreement must be acknowledged prior to the commencement of any work.

    Clients are responsible for reviewing all disclosures, including terms of service, project scope, timelines, cancellation policies, and refund conditions. Proceeding with booking confirms acceptance of all stated terms.

    Refund & Cancellation Policy

    Each project is governed by a custom digital proposal and service agreement outlining pricing, deliverables, cancellation terms, and refund eligibility.

    Refund requests must be submitted within one business day of the project booking date following invoice receipt. Requests submitted after this period will not be honored. Clients should refer to their signed digital agreement for complete and binding details.

  • Schedule

    The parties agree to the project schedule provided by L I AM The Brand at the start of the engagement. Timelines vary based on service type, scope, and complexity.

    Graphic Design Services

    Project Timeline

    Design samples or initial deliverables are typically provided within an average of 1 to 10 business days, depending on the project.

    Projects requiring a 48 to 72 hour turnaround are considered rush requests and may be subject to a $50 rush fee, which must be approved and paid prior to expedited work beginning.

    Client Approval & Finalization

    The client must review and approve all design materials prior to final delivery. Written approval is required before project finalization. Delays in feedback or approvals may affect delivery timelines.

    Unless otherwise stated in the service agreement, clients are entitled to up to four revisions.

    Graphic Design Revision Policy

    Each graphic design service includes a defined number of revisions as outlined below:

    Resume & Professional Consulting Services

    Resume Services Schedule

    Once full payment has been received and the digital service agreement has been accepted, resume services begin with an intake review and consultation.

    Turnaround times begin once all required client materials are submitted. Delays in providing requested information may extend delivery timelines.

    Resume Revisions & Approval

    Clients must review and approve all resume drafts prior to final delivery.

    Executive Resume Package
    Includes unlimited revisions within the active project window

    Revisions must remain within the original scope of the agreed service. Significant changes such as career pivots, role changes, or additional positions may require a new service or additional fee.

    Important Notice

    While L I AM The Brand provides ATS optimized resumes, professional consulting, and strategic guidance, job placement, interviews, compensation, or employment outcomes are not guaranteed. Results vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and market conditions.

  • Confidentiality

    During the course of this Agreement, the Client may provide confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information, including but not limited to personal data, employment history, career information, business materials, trade secrets, branding assets, and industry knowledge, in order for L I AM The Brand to perform graphic design, resume writing, and professional consulting services.

    L I AM The Brand agrees not to disclose, share, sell, or use any such confidential information for any purpose outside of fulfilling the agreed services. All confidential information shall be protected and treated as private.

    This confidentiality obligation shall survive the completion or termination of this Agreement, whether terminated naturally or early by either party.

    Termination

    This Agreement shall automatically terminate upon the Client’s acceptance of the final deliverables.

    Either party may otherwise terminate this Agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the Client remains responsible for all services rendered, work completed, and costs incurred prior to the termination date.

    Upon termination, L I AM The Brand will return or delete Client provided materials upon request, when applicable, within a reasonable timeframe not to exceed thirty (30) days, except where retention is required for recordkeeping or legal purposes.

    Ownership & Intellectual Property Rights

    The Client retains ownership of all proprietary information, personal data, and materials provided to L I AM The Brandfor the purposes of this Agreement.

    Upon full payment and completion of services, the Client will own the final approved deliverables, including graphic design files and resume documents created specifically for the Client.

    The Client acknowledges that L I AM The Brand utilizes pre existing frameworks, templates, formatting structures, workflows, and methodologies. All such tools, templates, and systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of L I AM The Brand, whether created before or during this Agreement.

    Representations & Warranties

    L I AM The Brand represents and warrants that it has the authority to enter into and perform this Agreement and that services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.

    The Client represents and warrants that they own or have the legal right to use any content, information, logos, trademarks, images, resumes, employment data, or materials provided for inclusion in deliverables. The Client agrees to indemnify L I AM The Brand against any claims arising from materials supplied without proper rights or authorization.

    Disclaimer of Warranties

    All services are provided for professional and strategic purposes only.

    L I AM The Brand does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, compensation increases, business growth, revenue, exposure, or specific outcomes of any kind. Results vary based on individual qualifications, experience, effort, market conditions, and external factors beyond the service provider’s control.

    Limitation of Liability

    Under no circumstances shall either party be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or anticipated outcomes arising from this Agreement or the services provided.

    The total liability of L I AM The Brand, if any, shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

    Severability

    If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

    Legal Fees

    In the event of a dispute resulting in legal action, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and costs, including attorney fees.

    Legal & Binding Agreement

    This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between the Client and L I AM The Brand. By booking services, accepting the digital agreement, and submitting payment, the Client affirms they have the authority to enter into this Agreement.

    This Agreement is enforceable electronically and valid in the United States and internationally, where applicable.

    Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state in which L I AM The Brand operates. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.

    Entire Agreement

    This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements. Any modifications must be made in writing and accepted digitally by both parties.
